Chaos Wheel Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Chaos Wheel app for iPhone and iPad published by New Road Software ("we", "us"). Chaos Wheel is an offline party game played on one shared device. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no developer-operated server. We do not collect, store, share or sell your personal data.

Player Names, Scores and Leaderboard

Player names, colors, avatars, votes, scores, the in-game leaderboard and game history are stored only on your device. The leaderboard compares the players of the current game on that device. It is not a global or online leaderboard: scores are never uploaded to us or to any third party.

Settings

Your preferences (language, sound, haptics, default intensity and onboarding status) are stored locally on your device.

Sharing

If you tap Share on the winner screen, iOS shows the standard share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you choose a destination yourself.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Chaos Wheel offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and yearly) that unlock premium question packs. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The app receives only the subscription status from StoreKit; we never receive your name, Apple Account details or payment information. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Use of Chaos Wheel is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Children

Chaos Wheel does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

Deleting Your Data

You can clear your game history in Settings. Deleting Chaos Wheel from your device removes all of its data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
